Athletic Scholarship Corporation offers fee-based marketing communication for high school athletes, college coaches, college student-athletes, professional athletes, and parents and/or guardians via a secure website found at www.athleticscholarshipcorp.com and its affiliate properties.

The content found on the www.athleticscholarshipcorp.com site and patent-pending Recruiting Ring are protected under federal laws, any copying or distribution without the expressed written consent of the President/CEO of Athletic Scholarship Corporation is a copyright infringement and is subject to civil and criminal penalties.

All Users of credit card/debit to pay for profile (“Payor”) certifies that they are the authorized user and are bound to the terms entered into secure shopping cart at checkout. Payor also acknowledges that he or she is entering into a sales installment contract and signature made online along with IP address will be stored and is fiscally bound to the complete cost. Any material breach by Payor will result in a lien placed and/or collection efforts to make ASC whole. Payor agrees that any disputes and or collections will be perfected out of Cleveland, Ohio in the Cuyahoga County Courts.

Payor also certifies and permits Athletic Scholarship Corporation and its affiliates to use student-athletes footage produced and edited by Athletic Scholarship Corporation to market the student-athlete to college coaches, professional teams, coaches across the country & worldwide who is an amateur or professional athlete. 

ASC doesn’t guarantee a scholarship offer, professional contract, or the fitness of an offer/contract. ASC only serves as a communication hub for athletes and coaches to showcase the stats and highlight reels. All stats are inputted by the end-user and not by staff and ASC. Therefore, the integrity of the data is reliant solely on the end-user. ASC makes no representation as to the quality of the data inputted as their executives have no control over the information provided by the end-user.

All edited films become the right of ASC and the client and or payor. ASC guarantees distribution of the player profile to its registered database of over 68,000 coaches and recruiters of collegiate & pro sports in the United States & Internationally. Profile information and services will be rendered based on the level of service selected by Payor as outlined on the ASC website.

There is no cancellation and no refunds whatsoever after the three-day right of rescission law commonly referred to as the “cooling-off period.” Many consumers are under the impression that these laws apply to any consumer purchases. However, this is not true. The right of rescission law applies only to very specific situations. The three-day right of rescission law applies to sales made at facilities other than the seller’s place of business. Such locations may be the consumer’s residence and areas rented on a temporary or short-term basis, such as hotel rooms or convention centers.
